The issues I reported never seemed to get resolved. A leaking bathroom faucet was still unfixed a week later, and the sink drain smelled awful and drained very slowly. The room key was lost, and the key cards only worked when they felt like it. The fan installation in my room also looked like the building codes were pretty relaxed. The Free WiFi worked only about 25% of the time. They require you to hand over your room key whenever you leave, so you have no idea who might be in your room. I had to go 14 days without anyone cleaning the room, so I bought fresh sheets myself. Laundry was supposed to be included in the price, but I now take it next door to get done. If you're a non-smoker, know that smoking is allowed in the rooms, and you may smell it if someone nearby is smoking. No one here speaks English, which makes it especially hard to get maintenance problems sorted out. It's an ongoing struggle to get staff to fix anything after you report it. I guess you get what you pay for.

It was a convenient spot for my business near Tran Trong Cung Street, and I only stayed one night. The room was small but clean, tidy, and comfortable. It stayed quiet overnight, and the air conditioning cooled it quickly. For the price, it felt reasonable.
Check-in was quick, and the reception staff were friendly. The room was clean, the mattress comfortable, and Vincom was nearby. I could occasionally hear hallway noise because the soundproofing wasn't great, but the quality was more than good for this budget price.
It was quiet at night, so I slept well. The hotel isn't luxurious, but it covered the basics, with working air conditioning and stable Wi-Fi. I was pretty satisfied.
We booked four rooms, which came to 4,800,000 VND, and the experience was awful. The rooms had no bottled water, the shower was clogged and unusable, the toilet smelled bad, and the shower curtain wouldn't go down. One person in our group checked in at 4:30 AM and asked the receptionist how the charge would work if we stayed until 12 PM the following day. They said it would be for one day, so we took that to mean one day and didn't ask again. When the rest of us arrived at 10 AM the next day, they charged us for two days.
