Rosa Zen Hotel & Spa

We weren’t sure what the service would be like when we arrived, but it turned out to be more than we’d hoped for. Thành, thank you for making our stay so much better. We really appreciate it!

The staff were warm and accommodating, despite the negative comments I’d seen in other reviews. Our room was new, clean, and matched the photos, and the location worked perfectly for us. We could walk to the city center, market, and restaurants, with plenty of good places to eat nearby and a market open around the clock. The breakfast leaned heavily toward Vietnamese food, with few familiar tourist options, which felt a little odd for us as foreigners. A separate note about the hotel’s Spa & Massage: you pay extra, and the prices are high by local standards. My visit was a waste of time. I asked for a facial, but got the most expensive massage instead, and ended up confused about the charge. The staff didn’t understand English; even when I pointed to the brochure, they nodded and gave me a different treatment that cost more. The massage itself was awful, and the two women giving it chatted with each other and scrolled on their phones. They seemed to have no experience. I’d go somewhere else for a proper massage.

The museum is an easy walk from here, and the cultural park is nearby too. Breakfast was delicious. Worth a stay.

The location made it easy to get to the tourist sights, and the cleaning staff were very kind. We spent four days here and had a pleasant stay. Our room was clean and looked like the pictures.
