The central location is excellent. Cafés, restaurants, shops, and sights are all within walking distance. There’s a microwave and refrigerator, and I didn’t see any insects. The bed itself was fine, and the bathroom had a proper shower cabin and good hot water pressure. The price more or less matches the quality, as long as you adjust your expectations. Sleep was the main problem. Church bells ring at 4:20 AM every morning, incredibly loudly, and even earplugs don’t block them. The bed is okay, but those bells ruin the sleep. The host replies to messages, though they don’t seem especially proactive or keen to help. The Agoda photos look at least 10 years old, and the apartments are noticeably worse in person. You see different room options when booking, but the room you actually get is assigned randomly. My floor was so dirty that white socks turned gray almost right away. The towels were very old and only changed on request, and an old used dish sponge had been left in the room. There’s no TV, despite one appearing in the listing photos. Instead there’s a projector that works, but it’s less convenient, and in daytime you have to close the curtains completely to see anything. The toilet smelled very unpleasant. The location and price may seem good, but the outdated listing, cleanliness issues, and especially the 4:20 AM bells make this stay uncomfortable for light sleepers.

I’ve been coming back to Sazi Church View for two years because of how much care the staff show. Hat and Vy made online booking easy, and the cleaners and everyone else I’ve met have been kind and professional. It really shows in the way the place is looked after. There are plenty of room options for different needs, and Room 502 is just right for me: comfortable, quiet, and with a lovely view. I’m planning to return again and again. Highly recommend it if you want somewhere welcoming and well cared for.

The location is the one good thing. It was noisy at night and I couldn’t sleep, and checkout at 11 felt very early compared with nearby hotels. There’s no reception, and I couldn’t get through to them. The phone number reached some guy who hung up, and it took agoda 40 minutes to contact them. I strongly recommend finding somewhere else.

I’ve stayed at Sazi three times and have had a good experience each time. It’s quiet, with a good location close to attractions but away from the noise. Entry security is good too, with PIN numbers required to get in. The rooms are comfortable, with good air conditioning and strong hot water. The only noise is the early morning church bells, which can’t be avoided. I’d recommend the hotel and plan to stay again.

We booked through Airbnb with a girl named Lien, five days for $130. After seeing the negative reviews, we were a little worried, but the room surprised us when we checked in. It was clean, pretty, and cozy. It isn’t new, but it’s nice enough for a short stay. We were in Room 401 on the fourth floor. The shower had hot water and excellent pressure, and the room came with a closet, a large refrigerator, a kitchen, and air conditioning. It was quiet, and we couldn’t hear the neighbors. There was no cleaning, which we didn’t need. The one downside was the church bells at 4 AM, sometimes three times in one morning. They lasted a couple of minutes, and we quickly fell back asleep. The neighborhood is great, with lots of cafés and shops and a park nearby. The closest 7/11 is a 10-minute walk. I recommend breakfast at little Hanoi, four minutes away on foot.
