Siris Lune Residence - Self checkin

There were cockroaches everywhere, which made this a terrible stay. I asked the staff for help, but they ignored my requests and did nothing.

For what I paid, the room was small and could use fresh paint, but it was okay. Hot water took a long time and never got very hot. The Wi-Fi was poor on the first day; I told them, and they fixed it the next day, so service was good in the end. Booking was a mess. I first contacted the hotel directly for a price, then found Agoda was much cheaper and booked there. The hotel immediately told me there’d been a mix-up and wanted to move me to another property, which I refused. I sent Agoda screenshots and asked to cancel because I didn’t want to arrive and have to fight for a room, but Agoda was no help. Then the hotel sent directions to the basement, which worried me since I’d paid for a balcony room. When I arrived, the entrance was indeed in the basement and there were rooms down there, but they did give me the balcony room I’d paid for and didn’t try to downgrade me. The booking experience with Agoda was terrible apart from the low price, and the attempted switch to a place with bad Google reviews wasn’t great. In the end, it was an okay stay for the price.

The room itself was nice and clean, with a comfortable bed and useful basics like shower gel, shampoo, and an electric kettle. But I wouldn’t stay again. There was loud banging in the hallway, the cupboard slider was broken, Netflix was very slow, and the air conditioner didn’t cool properly while I was trying to sleep. On the second night, a really foul smell came from it. The lift was out of order for most of my stay. Thanks.

I’ve stayed here many, many times. You get what you pay for, the host communicates perfectly, and it’s a very nice area.
