Please think about your safety and your family, don't stay here. This hotel is a huge scam. I arrived around 4:30 pm on December 31 with my booking, but the manager told me to cancel it and book through another app. I'd never had a hotel ask me to do something like that, so I refused. They made me leave without a good reason, just money. Finding a room on December 31 was really difficult because everywhere was full. Please don't go here.
10/10
The rooms were large and very clean, and the staff were lovely. It's in a great location too. Great hotel, definitely recommend!
10/10
The beds are a little hard, though the pillows are excellent. The hotel is immaculate, with good basic facilities and a great location. Staff are really nice, and it's great value :)
8/10
I stayed in the remodeled building across the street, which has an elevator. The staff were super friendly and ready to help, and breakfast was free. For the price, the hotel is decent.
6/10
The room matched the photos, but felt smaller in person, so keep that in mind if two or three guests plan to share. Carrying luggage up and down was a big downside because there's no elevator. The reception was welcoming and informative, and service and location help make up for the limited space. It's a 5-10 minute walk from the busy downtown areas. I was also disappointed to find that the high rise in the thumbnail was a view from one of the rooms, not the hotel itself. That image made me feel fooled, so I'm leaving this review.
