My took great care of us, making sure we had what we needed, and the staff were lovely. Our room was roomy and clean, and the little lift made handling bags easier. You can hear the party street, and some guests might disturb you around 2am, though we slept well and didn't consider it a major issue. Breakfast was basic. We learned we could skip it for a small refund, which suited us on the last morning when we left early for a two day Mekong tour booked through the hotel. They also kept our luggage while we were away, which helped a lot. We'd come back, thank you!

It took a while for the shower to warm up at certain times, but once hot it had good pressure. The place is surprisingly quiet for somewhere so close to the drinking street, though finding it can be tricky. There's a small lift in the building. Our room was clean, a good size, and had a comfortable bed. The owner's family were lovely and friendly. We'd like to return.

The rooms are cleaned, laundry gets done, and you're always welcomed with a smile. The staff are so pleasant and helpful, and nothing feels like too much trouble. When you're away from home but want that homey feeling, this is the place.

There's plenty of nightlife nearby and lots of nice little restaurants around, but the guesthouse itself is quiet in the laneway. The hosts are lovely, and it's a simple place in a great spot. Our room was clean and comfortable, with AC that worked well, though you shouldn't expect anything fancy. Drink prices in the fridge and the laundry service seemed about the same as you'd pay on the street, so both were reasonably priced.

Street food is easy to find nearby at good prices, and everything is walkable from this spot in the heart of District 1. The party street is just around the corner, but we couldn't hear it. The family were super nice and helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean, with AC and a TV. For a stay in central Ho Chi Minh City, Thanh Ha Guesthouse worked really well for us.
