We’d already reached the airport when we realized we’d left valuables in the room safe. The front desk checked that they were still there, then arranged for a Grab driver to collect them and bring them to us at the airport. That saved our trip. The room was fabulous and the location was great, but the service was the real standout. Thanks again for the incredible help!

The location was great, and I’ll definitely come back. This is a new, very clean hotel, with a spacious room and really comfortable beds. Staff were so nice and friendly, always ready to help, and the guard outside was very friendly too. There’s a small gym, plus free washers, dryers and an iron in the common area. They even provide detergent if you ask reception.

We booked at the last minute and were really pleased with our stay. It was convenient for getting around, with cafés nearby, a convenience store right next door and a Jollibee just steps away. As Filipinos, we thought that was a fun surprise. The staff were kind and pleasant, especially Tracy at the lobby desk. We appreciated the basic necessities and free self-service laundry. The only problem was a smell coming from the toilet vent. We were still happy with the stay and would return if we get the chance, hopefully with better ventilation next time.

The security guard was a bright spot. He greeted me every morning and once offered me a seat while I waited for my Grab after leaving the lobby. It was a thoughtful gesture I remember. Check-in and checkout were smooth, and I think the same staff member helped me both times. The hotel seems popular with locals and tourists, and there are lots of food options nearby. Housekeeping was mostly fine and the room was clean on most days, though twice the bin wasn’t emptied even when a separate plastic bag had been taken away. The corridors and lifts also needed more attention, with debris visible and cleaning seeming to happen only once a week. The price is competitive, but facilities are limited. There’s just one treadmill, so you might have to wait. Some staff weren’t especially guest-friendly, and having to repeatedly ask for washing gel was troublesome since I wash daily. Access to the washer and dryer was difficult too. I had to get up at 5 a.m. to avoid long queues. I was disappointed there wasn’t an iron in the room. There is a shared ironing area, but waiting or rushing while others queue with lots of laundry can be uncomfortable. At other hotels I’ve stayed in, an iron could be requested even when there was a shared one.
