The Cozy Inn

Good value for money, with very good service. You can leave your bags at reception if you want to look around before your flight instead of carrying them with you. The room was cozy and clean, the bed was comfortable, and the AC worked well and got cold. The water pressure was good, especially considering the room was on the 5th floor.

We weren’t sure at first, but the hotel exceeded our expectations once we arrived. The place and our room were very clean, and there was enough space for the three of us. Staff and the guard were all friendly, accommodating and smiling whenever they saw or greeted us. The location was convenient, with a market outside, plus coffee shops, local restaurants and a convenience store nearby. We had a comfortable, pleasant stay and would definitely stay here again if we return to HCM. Highly recommended!

What stood out most was the front desk team. They were very friendly and professional, and always ready to help. I think one staff member’s name was Quoc, though I’m not certain. Whenever I had a question or needed help, they responded warmly and with a smile. The room was clean and comfortable, and the reception team made the whole stay smooth and enjoyable. I’d definitely come back and recommend this hotel.

My room was spotless and spacious, and it had a great balcony. I wasn’t personally keen on the location, though some travelers may like having several food options close by. The windows block most of the noise from the side, and it didn’t bother me at all.
