I liked being able to check in on my own without waiting for anyone. There’s also a small kitchen in the basement where you can make light meals. The room I booked was small, but it felt like a fairy tale, and Nguyen had arranged everything beautifully. The place is only 50 meters from the main road, with tourist spots nearby, including the walking street within walking distance. It made for a perfect homestay.

The room is tiny, but nice, and I stayed for a few nights. It’s not close to all the main District 1 attractions, though Linh coffee is nearby and amazing, along with a superb banh mi place.

The owner is so enthusiastic and lovely, and the room is always cleaned and set up neatly. It’s spacious and airy, with simple but beautiful decor that makes it feel warm. The AC gets really cold. Thanks to the home for such a comfortable, wonderful stay.
