Viet Nam Vacation

Dirty, unfriendly, and full of cockroaches.

Parking the car was fine, but the two male receptionists seemed indifferent to guests and couldn’t assign rooms when their software froze. I checked in at 6:30 and checked out at 12:00, yet they charged 80% of the price.

Be careful at checkout. The counter staff tried to make me pay again and wouldn’t return my passport otherwise. It took an hour of waiting before I finally got it back quietly. Check-in was just as inconvenient, with each process taking at least an hour.

The location is reasonably priced, near the city center but tucked into a quiet, secluded area, and there’s plenty of parking. I even held my wedding ceremony here. I’m sharing this to help the hotel improve, not to badmouth it. The exterior looks fine, though the inside feels a bit old and is being renovated, so hopefully that helps. Mosquitoes are everywhere, from reception to the rooms. I’ve raised this several times and nothing has changed. There’s no website or hotline to contact, so I hope management sees this feedback here. Thanks.
