This was my second stay, and I'd happily come back. The location is nice, within walking distance of the centre, though it's a bit of a walk. The studio rooms are great, with king-size beds, a spacious living area, a curtain divider by the bed, and plenty of storage. The rainfall shower takes a while to get hot. We stayed in a quiet room at the back, but haven't tried the front, so I'm not sure whether all the studios are at the back. There's a lift, although steps still lead up to reception, so it isn't wheelchair accessible. Rooms are serviced daily and include free water each day. The fridge has a few reasonably priced drinks, including beer. There's also a microwave, safe, kettle, coffee sachets, pans, hob, and a few utensils. You can arrange 24-hour check-in over WhatsApp, which is handy for late arrivals. There's a door code and a key on the desk, and security can let you in if you forget the code. We've done that twice. They even have a video showing how to use the keypad.

Our first three nights in Vietnam were here, and we had a great stay. The rooms were clean and roomy, the staff were easygoing and friendly, and they did our laundry for 50k. Everything worked well for our first stop.

The night duty staff can wash your clothes for less than $2, and shops and restaurants are convenient to reach. Cat Moc is just four doors away for a massage. The place itself is clean and spacious, and they can accommodate all your needs.

The staff were lovely and helpful, and even kept our luggage for a week before our stay. There's plenty within walking distance, too. We stayed three nights and found the room spacious, with good A/C and a very good shower. The bathroom could be a little bigger.
