10/10
The hotel is spacious and clean, if a bit old, and everything worked fine. There was a bad smell at first, but one sink had dried out; running water through it cleared the smell. My only other complaint was the loud refrigerator, though you can turn it off.

Breakfast was poor despite Sakura's self-proclaimed "four star rating." It was either pho or bread with cold eggs cooked in bulk early and left on the counter. Staff were helpful at breakfast, and the women at check-in were pleasant enough, but the male staff member who checked us in was rude and seemed uninterested. You have to cross the road to Sakura Hotel to check in, and parking is there too, not at the Hoa Dao facility. The building is poorly maintained, dirty, and run down. In our twin room for two, there was no soap; the dispenser was detached and in pieces on the bench. There was just one small tube of body wash and shampoo. Save your money and book somewhere else. Spending a little more would get you a nicer, better-maintained hotel with a decent breakfast.

The rooms were decent and spacious, but the breakfast wasn't great. While I was asleep, room service tried to enter using their own keycard.

10/10
The room was big, with two beds, a balcony, and a bathtub. Wi-Fi was a little slow. The price was 550.000 vnd including breakfast.

A nice, comfortable hotel with big, clean rooms and helpful staff.
