10/10
The staff at Tru by Hilton Hoa Binh City Centre made me feel valued from the moment I arrived. They were consistently kind and attentive, and I noticed they treated every guest with the same warmth. I even chose to have dinner at the hotel, which I rarely do, and they accommodated my dietary needs without hesitation. My room had a beautiful mountain view, and breakfast was fresh, delicious, and varied. I couldn’t find a fault with my stay. There was plenty of parking, and the lifts up to reception had a modern, cool design. I was greeted with a big smile as soon as I stepped out. The service felt on the level of Conrad or Waldorf, and I left with great memories, already hoping to return. Highly recommended.

The sunset view over Peace City was the highlight for me. It’s a great spot for groups of young friends to explore, with a convenient location for local attractions. Breakfast has plenty of variety, and the front desk can suggest local places to eat.

The rooms are nice, the bed is comfortable, and the amenities are good, though the price feels high by Vietnam standards. The TV situation was super annoying: they were advertised as smart TVs, but hotel mode leaves no apps and only a couple of channels in English.

Clean place, friendly staff, and a good breakfast. The hot shower had strong pressure.

A great place to stay away from home on a business trip. The room was clean, the staff gave the best service, and breakfast and WiFi were free.
