An Nhien Hotel Apartment - Phu Thinh Plaza

With so many apartments, renovations are bound to happen at some point. Knocking is allowed from 8 to 11 a.m., but people are at it even at 2 a.m. Drilling and hammering are guaranteed, so forget about relaxing.

Across from the D7-10 apartment building, there’s a mini-market and a play area for kids. CENTRAL MARKET KING WIN has opened several facilities: massage chairs for 10k per session, a mini-market with a range of regional specialties at grocery-store prices, and the Silia kids’ play area, with tickets at 45k. There’s also coffee, fruit tea, and milk tea. They’re preparing to open Hạnh Spa, offering hair washing, massage, nails, and foot massage, as well as a regional food court. On 14/2, they’ll open the Pizza Sài gòn section with fresh pizza, fried chicken, spicy noodles, Italian pasta, black bean sauce noodles, hamburgers, and lots more tasty food. They’re happy to serve customers and thank everyone for their love and trust.

The security guards were friendly to tourists. Good place for a great holiday.

Be careful when booking, and avoid ❌Lily homes❌. I booked this apartment on Agoda and had confirmation, but when I arrived in the evening and called the owner, they said they no longer listed rooms through Agoda and had no room for me. They said they'd refund my money and told me to find somewhere else. I waited, but the money never came back.
