Getting around from this cozy, lovely hotel was easy, and it still felt fairly new. There was some construction happening, with a notice apologizing for possible noise from the rooftop work. What I couldn’t understand was why the noise was going on between 1 and 3am. I couldn’t sleep until 3.30am, and the soundproofing wasn’t good. Check with the hotel whether the work is finished or might still happen at night.

I went in mid-May and really liked the room decorations. The room was spacious for a pretty reasonable price, and the Bun I had for breakfast was great. Staff were friendly, and the receptionists gave me a warm welcome. 10/10.

Being right beside Ky Lan lake and the Pho Co area makes this new hotel a convenient base, with lots of places to eat and shop along the lake. The decor and furnishings are brand new, and it was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast is on the 7th floor, with nice views. There were lots of families from other parts of Vietnam staying here. Great service, strongly recommend.

The front desk team welcomed me warmly, and Bang was especially helpful with my heavy luggage and getting me settled. That kind of genuine care really stood out. It’s a newly opened hotel in a convenient location, with modern design and beautiful, spotless rooms. I was thoroughly impressed and highly recommend it.

There’s a great view of the lake from the hotel, and the staff are really friendly. The location is great too, near the lake and temple, with a cafe, spa, barbershops, and food nearby. Breakfast was super delicious. Best hotel here in Ninh Binh!
