Diamond Hotel

The location was the only good part of my stay. I found a bug in the wardrobe, which made me seriously question the cleanliness and hygiene. When I rented a motorbike, the staff seemed more interested in charging tourists extra than giving fair service. I tried to raise my concerns with the woman at reception, but she wouldn’t even listen. I found that disrespectful and unprofessional. I wasn’t satisfied with the staff’s attitude, the service, or the hospitality overall, and based on my experience I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

A nice stay for a fair price. The VIP room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were really kind. They offered us bikes to use for free and kept our luggage for a few more hours after checkout. The location is central too.

We had a good stay over three nights at the Diamond Hotel. The rooms were a good size, and restaurants are nearby in a good area. The staff were lovely and very helpful, even letting us check in very early. We sometimes found communication through Google Translate difficult, but it worked out. On several occasions they gave us typed notes in both Vietnamese and English about the hotel rules, a local festival, and a local delicacy.

The room was really clean and nice, and the central location made it easy to get around on foot. The owners were kind and accommodating. We told them we’d have a late flight and checked in around midnight, and they were also happy to keep our luggage for a little while after checkout.
