HAN Sunset Hotel & Spa

The staff aren't often around in person, but you can always reach them with the bell or by phone. The room is a good size, with a soft bed and two pillows, and the air conditioning worked reliably. There are plenty of power sockets. The bathroom was good and the shower got warm, though pressure was low and the rain head didn't work properly. I noticed some minor damage, including wall stains and broken plaster. Still, it was a good stay and a very convenient base for VinWonder attractions and the Safari.

We spent three nights here in September. The bed was the most comfortable I've had in a long time, and the room was spacious and reasonably clean. When we arrived, the lobby was open but nobody was there, so we called the number on the door. The host showed up a minute or two later and check-in was quick and easy. The AC was good and well positioned. Showers got hot, though the water pressure was low. A good hotel for a fair price, well placed for exploring the vin parks and grand world.

They provide the same service as the sofia hotel. The room was okay, but the customer service was the worst. There was a serious shower problem: hot water kept coming out even when turned to cold. The manager wasn't always available, and I couldn't reach him when we needed to check out. I won't be back.

Kim, the owner, was always just a message away if we needed help, and she even helped us get tickets for VinWonders and BaNa hills. Her hospitality was lovely. Hanz Sunset Teddy House in Phu Quoc is right in Grand World, which made trips to the Teddy Bear Museum, Vinpearl Safari and VinWonders incredibly convenient. The rooms are small, but clean and affordable. We had a great stay and highly recommend it.
