Diep Minh Hotel

The rental was quoted at 150k VND per day, but after I rented it the night before, he said the next day that the price covered two days. I'd asked to clarify from the start, and when I asked again, he immediately swore at me. Phong was dirty and very arrogant, and his manners were awful despite being older. I asked several Grab drivers about him, and they said he was very unreliable. If I'd rented a decent car, he apparently would have said this one was too old to run properly. Everyone should avoid this hotel.

The room was so noisy and had no soundproofing. At 5am, someone from another room knocked on my door and asked me to open it. I told them they'd got the wrong door :)) Right after checking in, I put on the slippers and got a piece of glass stuck in my foot. It bled a lot. When I told the owner, he just said the previous guest must have worn the slippers outside, without asking anything else. Paying 350k for this wasn't worth it. I spent another 89k on medicine and antibiotics because I was worried about infection 🧘

They quoted one price and charged another, and after taking the full VAT amount, they withheld the customer's payment. The attitude was poor. Nobody should stay here.

The owner made us leave because it was hot and we'd had the air conditioner on too long. The room itself was small and dirty.
