Green Space Homestay

I had a lovely night in a modern, comfortable room, and it was great value. The host was friendly, and the neighborhood is cute and very green. It's between Tam Coc, which is very touristy and has lots of restaurants, and Mua Caves, about a 10 minute drive away.

It's cozy and sits right at the start of two main streets, which is a strategic spot. Mornings can be a little noisy, but you won't regret staying here.

We paid for the room starting April 28th because we planned to arrive at 6 a.m. on April 29th after the overnight bus. We told you right away through Agoda, and you agreed to the early arrival. We wanted to be able to shower and sleep, so we paid for the previous night. We weren't late, and the room should have been empty and ready for us. Instead, you put us on the terrace in chairs for two hours, then apologized and said you'd made a mistake by renting out our room. We agreed to wait, but you ignored us, so we had to ask again for the room we'd paid for. You then went in, woke the people who were sleeping there, and told them to leave. We waited another hour. Your response is full of lies. You'd been in touch with us from the start, knew we were coming early, and had agreed. You admitted you'd made a mistake by renting out our room, then ignored and deceived us. Treat tourists with respect in the future. Don't leave people waiting on a terrace like a dog in a yard, and don't threaten them with problems. In this situation, the person who could have problems is the scammer, which is you. I don't recommend this property, and I'll share what happened wherever I can.

The place is clean and close to the tourist attractions, and the owner is friendly. The service was great. A fantastic place to stay when visiting Ninh Binh, definitely worth considering.
