We used the hotel as a base for getting around, with Trang An and Tam Coc about 10 minutes away by scooter. We rented one from the hotel. The location is handy for the walking street too, just across the road, with restaurants and little places to eat nearby. Our room had a big window, lots of light, and a lovely city and mountain view. The hotel was modern and kept very clean. The owner also helped arrange transport from Hanoi airport to the hotel, then on to Haiphong. Thanks for that!

From my room, the night view was magnificent. I also spent peaceful time each night on the rooftop, reached by opening the emergency exit beside the 7th floor elevator and going up. You can see the Ninh Binh River lit up below. There’s a kitchen to the left of the entrance, and ice is easy to get from the fridge. If you can, I’d suggest asking for a 7th floor room. I highly recommend this hotel to Koreans.
