The owner was welcoming and so helpful, suggesting places to see and helping us rent a scooter. The clean, comfortable room and bathroom made the stay easy, and breakfast was delicious, with different fresh sweet fruit each day. This was my favorite place in Vietnam, and I really hope I can return someday. I felt like I was visiting a relative :)

The hostess was attentive and incredibly helpful, and breakfast was good. I slept really well in the comfortable bed, and the room was sparkling clean. The AC worked great too. The bathroom stood out for its modern fixtures, more than I'm used to seeing in Vietnam. This might be the best hotel I've stayed at in Vietnam.

Helpful host, excellent location, and fine breakfast, all for great value. We had a nice private room and bathroom, and they let us check in early for a small fee. We also used their laundry service, rented bicycles, and booked a sleeper bus through them.

At Khai Yen Homestay, we arrived at 3 AM and the lovely hostess got up to take us to our room. She also showed us around the area and helped arrange our bus. The room, bathroom, and breakfast were all at a very good price. I'd definitely recommend staying here!
