The Wiltons Hotel

We’re staying in the chanel room, and each room is different. There’s a TV and fridge, plus a huge, comfortable bed.

I had to write this straight away because I’m so impressed. The staff are enthusiastic and professional, and the customer service is excellent. When our guests unexpectedly change plans and can’t stay, the hotel is flexible about cancellations and refunds deposits very quickly. That care makes me feel secure and appreciated. I’ll keep supporting the hotel and recommending it to friends.

There was construction next door, but it only happened in the morning and the noise was slight, so it was okay. I stayed in room 302. It smelled lightly scented, had a soft mattress and good natural light from the windows. The amenities were fairly complete, including a wardrobe, desk and hair dryer. The bathroom was a bit small, and the razor hurt. This hotel seems mainly for couples.

The room was new, clean and spacious, with a luxurious neoclassical interior. It’s in a quiet new urban area rather than the center. Getting around isn’t too inconvenient, since Nam Dinh city is small.
