After three hectic days in Hanoi, the quiet, remote setting by the mountains turned out to be exactly what I needed. I loved the peaceful nights, and there's a delicious dinner spot just down the street, tam coc Mountain View restaurant. The staff were super friendly, the breakfast was good, and my room was clean. I was rebooked here by a tour group and was glad they sent me. My shower didn't have much hot water, but I was only there one night, so it was fine. It got quite cold, and I used the extra blanket from the wardrobe. Just so you know, the bed has a flat sheet but no comforter.

Uyen and the hotel manager were awake and cheerful when we arrived without warning around 23:00, after a room mixup at another hotel. They helped us at extremely short notice, and Uyen was the sweetest person, really the heart and face of the hotel during our stay. The staff went above and beyond with every request and often seemed to know what we needed before we did. The room was very clean, the bed comfortable, and the balcony had a beautiful view. The shower had great pressure, two shower heads, and hot water all day and night. We were in a quiet, cool village, about a 15-minute walk or 5-minute bike ride from Tam Coc village, and the hotel supplied bikes for free. A few restaurants and a small grocery shop are nearby, though we didn't try them. I'd give this place 15 out of 5 stars. One of the best hospitality experiences I've had! 🙏❤️

The staff and hostess were lovely and happy to help with day trips or local plans. You can rent scooters at the resort, or take one of the free pedal bikes. The main area with bars, shops, and restaurants is just a five-minute ride away, and there's also a convenience store on the main road. I slept so well in the very comfortable bed. The rooms were spacious and clean, and there's a nice pool out back. The hotel sits in a lovely part of Tam Coc, with amazing places to cycle around the corner, including bright green rice terraces and other beautiful views. It's easy to get around on foot, too.

Uyen, the hostess, was so welcoming, and she suggested places to visit that we hadn't seen in other blogs. One spot she mentioned was a nice place to sit and relax while watching the Tam Coc river boats pass and looking at Bich Dond Pagoda. She also introduced us to some local fruits. The place itself is clean, quiet, and very affordable, set far enough from the noisy main drag. I highly recommend it.

We had a lovely two-night stay. The hotel was comfortable and very quiet, with a swimming pool. The food was excellent and the people were really, really nice. The town center is an easy bike ride away, and bikes are free from the hotel.
