We loved this place so much that we added another night. The host went out of his way to help, even giving us a ride to the bike rental or letting us use his own bikes. He also told us the real prices for the boat tours and other things, so we wouldn’t get ripped off. The rooms were spotless, there’s an elevator serving all three floors, and breakfast was amazing. From the rooftop pool, or from your room, you can see the Limestone mountains. The views are great whichever room you get.

My mom and I stayed for four days and could easily have stayed longer. People who say Ninh Binh only needs a day or two are wrong! Dzung and imhis wife were amazing, and Dzung was so kind and knew the area well. This was the best stay we had in Vietnam. I’d give it 10 stars if I could. Thanks for everything, Dzung!

The views are gorgeous and the place is so relaxing. Dzung and Dep were incredibly warm and kind, and meeting them was a real pleasure. They put so much care and effort into making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. This is as good a place to stay as you could hope for on a visit to Ninh Binh. Dzung was always around with a smile and a chat, checking that we had what we needed morning, noon, and night. He did everything he could and more to make our stay a great experience. A truly lovely man and an amazing time at Limestone View. Book here with Dzung if you want a great experience.

A brilliant find. The owners and the place are fantastic, with a local feel and Western facilities. It’s a great base for walking and cycling, and the bikes are free. The local advice and ideas were really helpful. Getting here from Hanoi was a great trip.
