The rooms were large and clean, and there was free soup for breakfast. The host was so friendly and handled everything we needed. We had an amazing stay and would highly recommend it!

The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the owners were lovely. This ended up being my favorite stay in Vietnam. Our night bus arrived earlier than expected, so I felt bad about waking the owner, but she welcomed us warmly anyway. We also borrowed umbrellas at no charge, and the laundry service was good and reasonably priced. We had a wonderful time at O Zoli Home.

The one thing I’d change is the hot water pressure in the bath. Otherwise, we had a really nice stay: the room was clean and spacious, and the host was friendly and arranged whatever we needed. The location is very convenient, with lots of restaurants and shops nearby, though you’ll want to rent a scooter to get to the tourist attractions. For that price, it felt like a steal.

O Zoli Home was a peaceful place to come back to after exploring Ninh Binh. The hotel is quiet but still near popular spots like Tam Coc and Trang An, and the staff were attentive, helped with local recommendations, and arranged transport for our day trips. We were greeted warmly when we arrived, and the calm atmosphere made it easy to relax. Our room looked out over the greenery Ninh Binh is known for. It had large windows with plenty of daylight, and was spacious, clean, and decorated with local touches. The bed was especially comfortable. It’s a cozy, welcoming base for enjoying the area, and we’d recommend O Zoli Home to couples, solo travelers, or anyone wanting a peaceful nature retreat.

I stayed in Room 204 for two nights and could happily live here. It was a new, small hotel, and I was impressed. I took a day away from the motorbike to relax. The room was beautiful and clean, with three big windows that let in the sun. Everything was arranged well, including a desk, kettle, fridge tucked into a cupboard so it didn’t make noise, luggage rack, and seats. The shower was big with plenty of hot water, and there were heaters, which was interesting. The bed was fantastic, firm but still soft by Vietnamese standards, and the area stayed quiet at night. I’ve stayed in guest houses and hotels around Vietnam costing 150-800vnd, and this is one of the best, even at a mid-range price. The staff were lovely despite their limited English. Breakfast was simple, included, and worth having. There’s secure motorbike parking too.😁
