Pullman Ninh Binh

Our kids loved the play area, and we all enjoyed the beautiful room, its great view and the very good food. The hotel had just opened when we stayed. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially Kai and Hien, who looked after us in the lobby.

I was in Ninh Bình for a two-night business trip and stayed at Pullman Ninh Bình. It’s a new, spacious, large hotel, and as someone who used to work at an Accor hotel, I was impressed with the facilities. Nearly everything seemed to follow the brand’s compliance standards. I didn’t get to see the banquet area, though I think it could be one of the hotel’s strong points. The team were warm, welcoming and service-minded. Special thanks to the Front Office team, Hien, Man, Van Anh, and Thu Trang; Guest Service Trang; and the two F&B staff I met at the restaurant. I’m sorry I didn’t ask their names. We also had a brief chat with the General Manager, Mr. David, who is a wonderful person with deep knowledge and experience in the hotel industry. I hope I can return soon.

The decorations for our wedding anniversary, both in the room and at the lounge, really touched my wife and me. They made the celebration feel more meaningful and unforgettable. Hien was especially kind and helpful, and the whole team was warm, attentive and always ready to help with a smile. Everything at Pullman Hotel was comfortable and pleasant. Thank you to the team for the thoughtful service and warm welcome. We had a wonderful stay.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at one of the nicest hotels in Hoa Lư. Everyone was kind and helpful, especially Thuý Hiền, the welcomer, and Cường, the bellman. We’d definitely stay here again if we come back to Hoa Lư.
