Our sleeper bus got in two hours early, so we had nowhere to go. We spotted his sign saying to call anytime for a room and managed to get three beds for the night. Mr Nam was kind, gave us a map with useful tips, and breakfast was free and great. The family running the homestay are lovely. Great value for money, highly recommend.

I spent three nights here and loved it. The room was bright and clean, and nights were super quiet. Such a relaxed feel in Tam Coc. Nam and his family were welcoming and helped point me toward places to visit and book shuttle tickets.

Nam and his family were wonderful and helped with anything we needed. Don’t hesitate to get bus tickets from him for your next stop, they were cheaper than what we could find ourselves. We also rented a motorbike for five days after leaving the homestay. It was in perfect condition and only 100k a day, hard to beat. Thanks for everything, and happy Tet.

We didn’t stay here, but rented six bikes, and every scooter was in great condition. The rental was easy, just send a photo of your passport over WhatsApp. We extended for another day with a message, no fuss. Exploring Ninh Bình this way was simple and fun, and the place is close enough to Tam Coc town center. Around 4:00am after a night out, we lost a bag. At 10:00am, before my friend had even noticed it was missing, the man who rented us the scooter contacted us with a photo of it. The phone, money, motorbike key, and everything else were all still there. He took us to the police station himself, translated, waited with us, and helped us get a charger. Absolutely honest, kind, and trustworthy. Highly recommend.

The owner’s family are very kind, and they can help arrange bike rentals, tickets, and other parts of your trip as well as accommodation. It’s very close to the bus station, and a good choice if you want a quiet night’s sleep.
