The Kids Club made a huge difference to our family holiday. Mrs. Hang, Ms. Ami, Ms. Bang, Ms. Dao, Mr. Thuong and Mr. handsome Giang were warm, patient and caring with our children. They kept the kids engaged and treated them with so much attention that we felt comfortable leaving them there. Our children loved every one of them, and we could feel the team’s dedication. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast had lots of choice and was high quality, and the pool was good for adults and kids alike. Restaurant and breakfast staff were consistently friendly, attentive and professional, and the bartender was welcoming and made fantastic cocktails. We had a relaxing stay at the Crowne Plaza Phu Quoc and would happily return. We highly recommend it to families, especially those with children. Thanks for making the holiday so special.

The kids were happy, safe and busy at the Crowne Plaza Phu Quoc Kids Club, and they were excited to go every day. The program had lots of fun arts and crafts, games and creative play. Dao, Anh, Ami and Hang were caring, patient and clearly dedicated to the children. They honestly saved our holiday at times and made things much easier and more enjoyable for the family. Special praise to the team, especially Dao, Hang and Anh, for giving our kids such thoughtful attention. Highly recommend the club to families staying here.

We had a memorable family holiday and will definitely return. Even with the holiday crowds, service stayed cheerful and attentive. The front desk team welcomed us warmly from arrival through departure, and Nhi especially made a positive impression. My room was clean and had a good sea view from a higher floor. The food was tasty, though the breakfast buffet was decent rather than very varied.

The free airport transfer and shuttle to Grand World made getting around comfortable. The vehicles were modern, clean and had working air conditioning, which mattered in the humidity. Our room was immaculate every day, with water replenished, and the cleaners did a fabulous job. The front desk and restaurant teams were lovely and spoke very good English. Lucy even sweetly picked up gifts for our kids on the last day. We’re a family of four and spent six days here. The resort was beautiful and very clean, and the breakfast buffet had the best range of cuisines we’ve had. We loved every minute and were planning the next visit before checkout. No complaints at all, and a big thank you to everyone for making the stay so good.
