A friendly young couple run this homestay, and the hosts are amazing. Breakfast was great, the room was big and clean, and the bathroom was large. There isn’t a separate shower, which seems typical for the area. They have bikes and scooters, plus a beautiful pool by the river. There are roosters and goats around, and it feels like real life. The neighborhood has friendly people, restaurants, spas, and small stores. It’s a perfect base for exploring the area.

The owners were so kind and helpful, and we felt very welcome. We easily rented a motorbike and enjoyed freshly made, yummy breakfasts. The room had the best view we’ve ever had, and the location worked well for visiting the area’s attractions. It was such a great choice for our Ninh Binh trip that we even thought about extending our stay. If we return to Vietnam, we’ll spend longer in Ninh Binh, but only if Dragon Homestay has this room for us again!

The pool and view were great, and the rooms were clean. The location was good too. We’ve never had a better plated breakfast at a hotel or homestay, with a great variety to choose from.

Free bicycles made it easy to explore town, and there are lots of restaurants within walking distance. The rooms were excellent, and the location was really convenient. The homeowner was incredibly kind and efficient. I spent four days and three nights here and loved it. A quiet, relaxing place I’d happily recommend.

We only stayed one night, but the mountain view from our room made a lasting impression. Everything was spotless, and the pool looked lovely and well cared for, though the weather meant we didn’t use it. The host was warm, thoughtful, and always available for questions. He also made us a delicious breakfast that worked with our dietary restrictions. We rented bicycles to explore, too. We really enjoyed our visit and would recommend the place to anyone coming to the Region.
