Trang An Retreat

This is a peaceful spot, only a short walk from the main village. I'm glad I chose it over staying amid the village noise. Breakfast is a social time, and it's a nice place to spend a couple of days. No party atmosphere, just quiet and those lovely mountains.

A beautiful setting and a great place to stay. The staff were really friendly, the room was cleaned daily, and there were plenty of hammocks and sunbeds for relaxing outdoors. Tasty breakfast too. I'd recommend it.

The staff were so helpful throughout, especially the host, who gave us a map and plenty of local tips on where to go and what we might want to avoid. We could always ask her for a place recommendation. The laundry service was handy, and the hotel offered bicycles and motorbike scooters at a fair daily price. We tried both and had a great time riding through the countryside, with the rentals making it easier to reach the sights. The hotel has a charming, quaint feel surrounded by nature, while food and other places to go are still within walking distance. On our last day, they let us keep renting bicycles after checkout, then gave us a room to shower and change when we returned that evening, plus a few bottles of water. Lovely hotel in a lovely location!

The hosts were lovely and kept checking in on us, with plenty of advice and a local map to help us plan. They arranged bikes and a scooter, and had a laundry service too. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we really enjoyed the grounds and swimming pool. The whole stay was fantastic, and we loved the area. We'd definitely return to Trang An Retreat.
