We were given a different room from the one we’d booked, and there were loads of tiny ants in it. Communication was difficult even with a translation app. They tried to charge us for breakfast even though we hadn’t eaten any, and then tried to keep our passports and IDs until we paid. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

We asked for pho and got instant ramen with nasty chicken. I’m pretty sure that’s what gave me food poisoning. The pho was horrible, and when we paid, they tried to charge more than the menu price. We also asked about renting scooters and were quoted a ridiculously high price. They rip off foreigners. Stay away.

The room is clean and well worth the price. But as a foreigner, communicating with the staff is really difficult.

There weren’t even any toilet seats.
