We spent the Tet Holiday with Xuan and his family, and it became an unforgettable part of our trip. Thanks, Xuan, for welcoming us and helping make the whole trip so great. Best hôtel in Ninh Binh, don't hesitate to stay :)

The area was peaceful and the location was nice. We found the room clean and comfortable, and the service was 💯% good. Everyone was friendly and very helpful.

Right by a lake, the hotel has a distinctive atmosphere. The rooms, amenities, service, and overall feel all surpassed what I expected. A great pick for budget travellers wanting a full experience.

The people here are nice, and they offer motorbike rental and laundry. It's a pleasant enough place, though it doesn't have many features or feel like a particularly great hotel. If you're mainly sleeping here and having breakfast, it should be enough for a trip.

We were comfortable in our clean, spacious room, which had a balcony, and breakfast was included in the price and amazing. Xuan Hoa hotel is on a quiet street but still close to everything in Ninh Binh. The owners made us feel very welcome, and we had a great stay. Thanks for the hospitality, we'd absolutely recommend it!
