An Phu's Garden House

The host spoke perfect English and was so lovely. He knew all the best places and things to do, and let us rent mopeds and pushbikes. This was absolutely the best place we stayed while traveling around Vietnam.

Mr. Luong and his wife are wonderful cooks, and they accommodated our dietary needs. He also knows the area really well. We look forward to staying with them again on our next visit. This was one of my best homestay experiences in Vietnam and the best stay of our December trip. The garden is peaceful and beautiful, and the rooms are spacious and clean. The beds are medium-firm and comfortable, which matters to me since I struggle with the hard beds at many places. I highly recommend staying with Mr. Luong and his family.

Mr. Luong and his wife made home-cooked meals that were a highlight of our five-day stay. The host was incredibly kind and organized, helping with everything we needed, including scooter rentals and local recommendations. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the homestay was one of the cleanest and most comfortable places we stayed on our trip. It's in a charming, non-touristy neighborhood, and gave us an authentic Vietnamese experience. Highly recommended! ❤️❤️🙏🙏

The garden is beautiful and peaceful, and the family can arrange scooters and bicycles for getting around. They also do laundry, and even went out of their way to find flowers for Valentine's Day. Breakfast and the wonderful dinners were cooked in-house every day. Mr. Luong and his lovely family did everything they could to make our stay great. It was a highlight of our time in Ninh Binh. Stay here if you'd like to be away from the busy, noisy city and have a lovely family take excellent care of you.
