I booked almost a year ahead, but they overbooked. It took them a week to get back to me after I emailed to cancel, and then they told me to rebook a more expensive room to keep my reservation. Since the problem was their overbooking, I feel they should have upgraded me at no extra charge. When I said the way they were handling it was unprofessional, the person I spoke with told me to go somewhere else. Disgusting service. I’d stay away...

The room looked shocking at first, and the price was high for what it was. A lot of the equipment was broken, and the service wasn't friendly.
