The team made us feel cared for from morning to evening. Every person we met brought kindness, professionalism, and good energy, and they made our time in Hoi An unforgettable. A huge thank YOU to everyone, and my deepest respect. We hope to return one day. 🙏🫡😘 The hotel is quiet and peaceful but still close to the beach. It also has bikes and a handy shuttle to the Old Town and beach, so exploring was easy. The room was spotless, well equipped, and cleaned beautifully every day. The pool and its surroundings were kept in lovely condition, and the spa was excellent. The daily massages were amazing, while breakfast had loads of fresh, delicious options. Hoi An itself is one of Vietnam's most wonderful places, full of charm, peace, and atmosphere at every turn. For anyone looking for comfort, quiet, and high service standards, this hotel is a perfect choice.

We first booked three nights at Nesta Hoi An, then stayed 13 because we loved it so much. We've travelled around South East Asia for years and stayed in some very good hotels, but this is our clear favourite. It's a little bit of heaven and excellent value for money. The staff are all wonderful and friendly, from the doormen and gardeners to the cleaners, waiting staff, and receptionists. They're kind and helpful. The hotel sits in large, beautifully kept garden grounds between two rivers, with a sparkling clean pool. Shops, restaurants, and the beach are all within walking distance. Our room was gorgeous, newly refurbished, and very comfortable. Housekeeping was excellent every day, with water, tea, coffee, toiletries, and other supplies topped up. The shower was hot and powerful, and the WiFi very strong. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, with enough variety to choose something different each day. There's also a good gym, a lovely spa, free bikes, and a shuttle bus.

The dining room and outdoor eating areas look out over the river, which makes the place feel even more inviting. It's beautiful and clean, and the pool is amazing. The staff are kind, helpful, and accommodating. Tour guides can get here easily, and it's not too far from the coconut boats or the golden bridge. There are excellent restaurants nearby if you want to eat out, though all the food and drinks we had here were exceptional.

The pool gets lovely afternoon sun through sunset, and breakfast outside by the river was a great start to the day. There were local and Western dishes, with eggs, bánh mì, and fresh fruit standing out. Looking down by the river, I spotted crabs, fish, a few frogs, and even a funny-looking lizard. We loved being able to get away from the bustle of Old Town. It was about 10 minutes by Grab to get there and 5 minutes to An Bang Beach. The hotel itself felt peaceful, surrounded by the river. Staff were warm and attentive, and our clean, modern room looked just like the photos. The bed was very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly in the heat. We'd gotten engaged three months earlier, so this felt like a well-deserved treat. One thing to know: our room, 317, was directly below the gym, and the treadmill woke us at 6:30am. I'd avoid rooms 316 to 318 for that reason. We had a wonderful three-night stay, felt it was great value, and would absolutely return.
