The location was fantastic, within walking distance of the imperial city and lots of restaurants. Reception was very nice, spoke good English, and had drinking water available. There were also tables in the lobby where you could work. In the dorm, the Wi-Fi was unreliable and sometimes didn't work. The room was spacious, with a full-length mirror and good lockers. There are only two bathrooms, each with a toilet and shower together. I think that's too few, though I never had to wait. They offered good privacy, were pretty clean, and had hot water and good shower pressure. For 110-120 a night in the dorms, I got a decent clean bed in a cube-style bunk with a great privacy curtain, personal light, and charging outlet. A pretty comfortable stay overall, but not amazing for 120k.

We'd reserved rooms and tried a few different ones, but eventually checked out and found another hotel. This place was terribly maintained, basically a zero-star hotel. Doorknobs were coming off, there were holes in the baseboards, mold by the sink, and towels worn threadbare. Maybe some rooms are rented by the hour. The receptionist was wonderful and did her best to help with our concerns, but there was nothing she could do about the state of the rooms. Terrible.

A quiet, restful place with great value and terrific staff. The private room was very spacious, with its own bathroom, hot water, air conditioning, and a fridge. It's outside the main tourist area, but an easy walk gets you there.

The location was great for visiting the main attractions, and the room and price were decent for a place to rest during a trip. The staff and receptionists were especially friendly and helpful with information. When the air conditioning in my first room wasn't working properly, they moved me to a higher-priced room within 15 minutes without any issues. Thank you!

The lift's safety verification hasn't been renewed in 8 years, and its certificate has been expired since 2016. The mattress sags so much that lying down caused back pain, and the room felt damp. The air conditioner vents couldn't be adjusted, the soundproofing was poor, and the lobby smelled musty. The facilities need improvement to raise the service quality.
