There’s plenty of space in the villa, and it’s quiet. The owner is incredibly friendly, and the location is convenient, with a decent barbecue place and coffee shop at the end of the street. A lot of the amenities are outdated, though.
The villa is airy and very spacious, and getting to the city center is easy. There are lots of cafes and restaurants at the end of the alley, too. The furniture is old, and the bathroom has a slight smell and doesn't feel very clean. Water pressure is a little weak, and the drain is slow.
