Ha Nhung Hotel

What made us feel at home here was the staff. Ha Nhung and everyone we met were warm, polite, and ready to help, and even our four cats settled down quickly after the long trip. We ended up adding another week to our stay, and I’m glad we did. We had a room on the 9th floor, with big windows looking out over the city and sea. It was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed that let my husband, who has back issues, finally rest properly. The air conditioner, small refrigerator, kettle, TV, hair dryer, and disposable toiletries all worked as they should. Housekeeping came every day, cleaned carefully, and regularly replaced the bed linen with fresh sheets. Finding a place in Nha Trang that would take us with four cats took a lot of searching. Before booking, I asked the hotel about bringing them, and Ha Nhung replied kindly that it would be fine as long as they were clean and well behaved. That put us at ease. We’re very grateful to the whole Ha Nhung team and will remember the place fondly. I really recommend it. ❤️🙏🏻🥰🤗🫶🏻

The elevator doesn’t reach the lobby from the street level, so you have to take the stairs and carry your luggage up first. Once inside, the staff are friendly and speak a little English. It’s only two blocks from the beach, with plenty of good restaurants and spas within walking distance. I couldn’t pay online for a Vexere bus ticket because we don’t have a Vietnamese payment method or bank account. The evening receptionist, a very kind girl, helped me sort out the payment.

The room had a huge bed, full-height windows, plus a refrigerator and kettle. Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful. There’s laundry service and motorcycle parking in the basement. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the beach, with Highlands Coffee and Lotte nearby.

The rooms are roomy and really clean, and the location works very well. The front desk was helpful, too. You can tell the family who owns the place puts in a lot of work, and their high ratings on travel booking sites seem deserved. I’d happily stay here again.
