Azerai La Residence Hue

The concierge, Ms Moon, was fantastic, friendly, and efficient, and the whole team gave excellent service. We stayed two nights to see Hue's sights and wished we'd booked longer. La Residence has a lovely art deco style and is well placed for the main attractions, central but not right in the middle of everything, so there was time for a peaceful swim. The spacious rooms were very clean and well equipped, including a Nespresso coffee machine. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, and there's even a pillow menu for guests with neck issues. Breakfast was top notch, with Asian and Western choices and lots of fresh fruit juice. My wife also had an excellent foot massage at the spa. For visitors from Europe or the US, it felt like good value for a five-star stay in a great location.

The Art Deco architecture sets a lovely mood, and the property is well cared for. Mr. Loc, the rooms Manager, stood out for his expert attention, though all the staff were good. The restaurant serves buffet breakfast and a la carte meals for both lunch and dinner, and the dishes we tried were excellent. Service there and at the bar was excellent too. There's an indoor bar with a quiet, comfortable lounge, as well as a poolside bar beside the pool and its chaise lounges. Prices are reasonable, and we had an enjoyable stay. The property is about a block from the Perfume River, where there's a walking path. Bikes for guests to use would be a nice addition. Thanks again, Mr. Loc!

What stayed with me after leaving for Da Nang was the warmth of the staff at Azerai La Residence Huế. I’d felt uneasy after a booking app problem, but Vo Ngoc Loan and Den and Thao took it seriously and helped sort it out. Their care really moved me, and it was clear they understood how much guests’ satisfaction matters. The facilities and breakfast were excellent too, just what I’d expect from Azerai. I’ve traveled in Japan, Europe, and plenty of other places, but haven’t come across staff this kind and attentive. I love Azerai La Residence Huế!! I’ll definitely stay there again when I’m back in Huế.

The place was clean, and the masseuses were professional. Ms. Fuong gave me the best massage I’ve ever had. The whole experience was phenomenal, and I can’t say enough good things about it.
