We’ve stayed here before and came back. The location is a big plus: just a three-minute walk from the Perfume River, with everything easy to reach on foot. Staff are very kind and helpful, and the rooms are clean and well equipped. On our second visit, we had a small issue that wasn’t their fault. We told them about it, and they sorted it out right away at no extra cost. Thanks again for making our time in Hue so pleasant.

The night walking street is just around the corner, and there’s a local pho stall and coffee place right beside the hotel. Both are worth trying if you want to eat and drink like a local. Loan was especially kind and helpful: during rainy season, with a storm coming, she gave me advice on places to visit in Hue City. She even messaged me on Facebook after I’d left for Hoi An to make sure I arrived safely. A hotel with that personal touch might be just what you’re looking for.

The rooms were clean, and the location was great. The staff were lovely, especially the front office manager, and they were really helpful with tours, car hire, and arranging whatever else you need.

We stayed at DMZ hotel, which is really close to the center. The employees speak English very well, and the service was perfect. My uncle Mr Frederic recommended the place and he was right. Special thanks to the lady who welcomed us. My friend Rebecca and I would come back if we return to Hue.
