The soundproofing was poor, so it was very noisy. The receptionists were disrespectful and kept calling to hurry us along, as if they wanted to chase us out, even though we had paid in full. I had agreed with the night receptionist on a price to stay extra hours, from 12h-17h30. At 12 o'clock, the morning receptionist told me to check out and said staying longer would cost more. Then in the afternoon, another receptionist quoted an even higher amount, equal to the price of 1d. Terrible experience. The hotel receptionist was very deceitful.

The toilet, shower, and sink were crammed together, so everything got wet whenever I showered. We also had no hot water the whole time. Maybe it was because everyone in my tour group showered at once, but I tried a couple of times. The bed and the rest of the room were nice enough, the staff were quite nice, and the location in Hue was amazing.

The rooms were modern and clean, and though a little small, still really nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. The Wi-Fi was a little slow, and there’s no elevator, but I’d still highly recommend it.
