Ánh (Bartender) and Hòa (FO) were especially attentive and friendly, and made us feel at home. I had a great stay at the brand new Grand Royal Riverside Hue – Fusion Collection. Its Indochine design mixes a nostalgic feel with modern details, and the place feels both luxurious and cozy. The view of the Perfume River is lovely, and everything already seemed perfect despite the recent opening. I’d happily return and recommend it to friends and family visiting Hue.

Breakfast had plenty of variety and was high quality, and the whole property was kept in excellent condition. The team were genuinely caring, friendly, and professional throughout. Grand Royal Riverside Hue - Fusion Collection is conveniently located, with excellent facilities and an elegant but relaxing atmosphere. It was great value, and I look forward to coming back.

It was easy to get around Hue from this hotel, right in the city center and close to attractions, restaurants, and cafés. My room was tidy and comfortable, with a very nice bed and thoughtful preparation. The staff were welcoming and quick to help, which made the stay even better. I’d gladly stay here again next time I’m in Hue.

The cocktail I had at The Amber Lounge was excellent and made the stay more memorable. Grand Royal Riverside Hotel Hue sits by the Perfume River, and the rooms were comfortable. The staff made us feel welcome, and everything was well maintained. I found it relaxing and enjoyable, and would recommend it to visitors to Hue.
