We were disappointed and I’d avoid this hotel. The room had poor air circulation and so much humidity that our clothes were damp on the first day. Water droplets formed on the bathroom wall, it smelled musty, and after only 2 months of the hotel being open, there was already mold. I’m concerned this will be bad for clients’ health. I reported it at the counter. They cleaned the room but couldn’t do anything because they said it was a construction problem, and they didn’t offer us another room. We stayed 2 nights, and the second night we could hear lots of people coughing on our level. The sound insulation was poor too; we could hear anything despite having no window. The location seemed great at first, and we could walk everywhere. They offered scooter rental, and the room was quite new. But the humidity issue can’t be resolved without construction.

We were four people sharing a large room overnight, and it cost 800k VND. The room was clean, and the hotel is right in the city center. The receptionist was cheerful and friendly.

Parking in front of the hotel was okay, and the evening-shift receptionist was cheerful. The place is centrally located, handy for sightseeing. Our room was clean, though the floor felt a bit damp.

I’m really impressed by how the staff treat guests. I’ve visited Hue 3 times and stayed at this hotel each time. If I get the chance to come back, I’ll choose it again.

The hotel is near the center, so getting to different places was easy, and service was fast and enthusiastic. The room was compact and clean, with a window in the toilet to let in light, and it was cleaned daily. But the soundproofing was poor. I was there with a small baby who cried all the time, and it made my experience really bad. There were also many talismans around the hotel, which felt a bit scary.
