The male employee’s customer service was unacceptable. He didn’t respond to my questions and acted hostile, even verbally intimidating or threatening customers. He was the worst encounter of my trip and left me with a genuinely bad impression of the establishment.

I’m writing to complain about the service I received. I was due to stay about a month on a solo business assignment, but my plans changed and I checked out early. Agoda needed the hotel to confirm the change so the refund could be processed. Despite repeated attempts by both Agoda and me to reach them, the hotel has continued to ignore us. If another guest has already taken the room I checked out of, they’re effectively collecting accommodation fees twice for one room. It’s unacceptable that they can’t manage simple things like replying to an email or answering a call. At this point, I can only assume they’re deliberately ignoring us to keep the money.

After four nights here, we’re leaving with mixed feelings. We paid $62 for all four nights, and the place matched that price. Don’t expect Hilton-level quality. There was dust and grime in the room, ants everywhere, a rock-hard bed, and some drawers held together with tape. We skipped the jet tub because it had hair from previous guests and rusty jets. We also didn’t use the bathroom “sauna” since it heats the whole room. For a budget stop on our Southeast Asia trip, it did the job. Nights were surprisingly quiet, the food downstairs was very good and almost never busy, and the A/C can get ice-cold. The shower stayed hot as long as we wanted. On the first night the A/C was stuck at 29°C, but they fixed it the next morning without hassle. If you need somewhere to sleep with strong A/C, hot water, and quiet nights without bright lights, it’s a solid choice. It’s not somewhere to spend the day relaxing and enjoying amenities. You get what you pay for. To have your room cleaned, ask at the front desk.

It was like a nightmare, and I don’t want to stay here again. The first room they gave me was so dirty that I asked to move, but the second room was still very dirty. I wanted to cancel, but they wouldn’t agree. I felt really uncomfortable and worried I might get sick there.
