HueTho Homestay

I chose the room without a window, which cost 200k dong compared with 220k for one with a window. It was fine, since the full-height glass across the front wall meant it didn’t feel shut off. My one suggestion would be a second blanket or a warmer one, as I felt chilly under the blanket provided. I bring a bedsheet when I travel, and using that too kept me comfortable. The homestay is modern, well looked after, and sparkling clean. The shared bathroom was totally fine for me, and they supplied lovely handwashing gel and even toothpaste. There’s a kettle on the third floor, which made it feel homely to be able to make tea or coffee. I really enjoyed staying here. The owner was welcoming and very nice, and fortunately spoke a fair amount of English. It was a pleasure being around such good people. I hope more visitors find this place and support the lovely family while seeing beautiful Hue.

For the price, this is amazing value. The host was helpful, and the rooms felt new and comfortable. It’s peaceful and quiet, in a nice spot inside the walled city. There’s a kitchen guests can use, free bicycles, and scooters for rent.

For just 8-10 dollars per day and night, the price is really cheap for local and international travelers. It’s a relaxing, comfortable homestay that suits couples, small families, or solo travelers. Dai Noi is nearby, about 1 km on foot. I really enjoyed the atmosphere there. Amazing.

The owner is extremely sweet and friendly, and the room was clean, fragrant, and very good quality. This homestay is inside Hue’s imperial city, right in the heart of Hue. It was well worth what I paid.
