8/10
The room surprised us with how much space it had. All six of us fit comfortably, which isn't easy to find. We also had a great time using the pool and sauna, and that made the stay more relaxing. At Hese Hotel in Vung Tau, the staff were friendly and accommodating the whole time. The hotel itself is nice and well maintained, and the price felt very reasonable for what we got, especially for a group. We had a great stay and would recommend it to families or friends traveling together.

6/10
The toilet had visible stains, and the bidet spray wasn't clean either. Those details really hurt the impression of cleanliness. When I asked a staff member for help buying a shaving blade, she wasn't supportive, which was disappointing. There are things I liked about the room: it was spacious and fairly clean and well maintained overall, with a soft, comfortable bed and a cozy sofa for lounging. A large glass window facing the street brought in plenty of natural light and made the room feel open. The hotel has potential, but it needs to pay more attention to cleaning details and improve its customer service.

The AC worked well, the Wi-Fi was strong, and I found the beds really comfortable. The furniture and colors give the rooms a nice vibe.
