Jade Hotel Hue

The staff speak English, French, and Vietnamese, and they were thoughtful and attentive throughout. They even helped untangle an issue with my next hotel in Da Nang, which made getting there much easier. Thanks to Jade hotel Hue for looking after my family and me! Breakfast was served restaurant-style, with eggs, rice, and noodle dishes made fresh. Fruit, pastries, and drinks were set out buffet-style. It starts at 7am, later than at other hotels, but the food was good and I didn't mind sleeping an extra hour. The room was clean, the sheets were neatly made, and I appreciated having a Western-style bathroom with a tub and overhead shower. The air conditioner pointed at one bed, so that side got much colder. The fridge was also a bit crowded with drinks for sale, leaving little space for my own things. Those were small quibbles. The location is decent, though not outstanding in my opinion. It was still close enough to get to most things we wanted, including a really good dessert place, Vincom Plaza, and Namto coffee. It's a cozy hotel and incredible value. If you aren't after a resort-style stay, I'd easily recommend it. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Hue.

The room had useful facilities, a good shower, a comfortable bed, and AC that worked well. Unfortunately, soundproofing was poor, and I could hear people in neighboring rooms and in the corridor. I'd bring earplugs if you want an early night or a lie-in. The breakfast was among the best I've had in Southeast Asia: a good range of dishes cooked fresh to order, along with help-yourself fruit, pastries, juices, and more. Staff were fantastic and went out of their way to help. They also offer useful services like laundry and tour information. The location is handy for local sights such as the old imperial city, with shops and restaurants within a five-minute walk. A decent choice for a couple of nights.

The staff were welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help with requests. Breakfast had a good range of quality options, and the central location makes the main sights easy to reach. My room was spacious, spotless, and very quiet, a great place to relax after sightseeing. Jade Hotel is an ideal place to stay in Hue. Highly recommended!

They even shared useful tips for finding affordable things to do, which was a nice touch. Breakfast had hot food cooked fresh, plus fruit and juice, and everything was exceptionally clean. We’ve stayed at quite a few hotels, and that’s not something we’ve often found in other breakfast areas. The location was great, and the service felt five-star despite the three-star prices. We had the best stay and highly recommend it!
