Trung, the lobby manager, was a real highlight. He was always helpful and suggested interesting routes and places around the city, which made our stay more enjoyable. The service was excellent, and the onsen was relaxing and well organized. The villa didn’t match that level of care. We stayed in a two-bedroom one, and the walls were scuffed and dirty. The paint could easily be refreshed, which would improve the impression. There was quite a bit of dust, noticeable hair on the tatami, and the cleaning didn’t feel thorough. The sofa was stained and torn too. The villas need a deeper clean and some renovation to bring them up to the standard of the staff. Our stay was otherwise very pleasant.

The only downside was being a bit far from the main city, so you need a car to go into town. Still, I can imagine the resort would be much less pleasant in the middle of a city, and I’d happily stay here again. Kobi was a wonderful stay. The staff were friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived, welcoming us with a drink and having the concierge help with our bags. The room was excellent, with an enormous, very comfortable bed. We also enjoyed the onsen, with several indoor and outdoor pools at different temperatures, plus a sauna and steam room. Everything looked clean and well maintained, and an attendant was always there to help. Breakfast was tasty and had a good range of Asian and western food.

I loved how peaceful and clean KOBI Onsen felt, with its beautiful Japanese-inspired design. The onsen pools were soothing and well maintained. The staff were kind and professional, which added to the experience. It’s a lovely escape from the busy city and a place to relax both physically and mentally. I’d love to come back.

Mộng Tươi was fantastic and made my visit especially memorable. I had a wonderful stay at Kobi Onsen Resort Hue, with attentive and enthusiastic staff and a beautiful hotel. I honestly have no complaints about my experience. Highly recommended!

The water quality was phenomenal, but what really made this place was the team. I’ve trained hospitality professionals, so I’m not often surprised, yet their warmth felt authentic and unmatched. This is hands down the best onsen I’ve ever visited, and I’d give it my highest recommendation if you’re looking for a flawless onsen experience.
