The staff were rude and useless, and didn't offer any help. They seemed not to care about customers. The room smelled bad, the bathroom vanity was dirty, and the bed was covered in hair. The free brush was sitting in a cup half full of water. There was no soap or towels, and no TV. There were plenty of keys on the reception counter, but I was told there was only a 500k room, even though it was 360k on agoda. I'll never come back.

We only used the room during the day and didn't stay overnight. Getting there was easy since it's by the main road, though reaching reception means climbing a staircase, which is awkward with heavy luggage. Check-in went smoothly, and there's a lift to the upper floors. The room was clean and had just enough space, with a wardrobe, pedestal fan and TV. The bathroom was clean too, and the hot water worked fine. Towels and soap were provided.

We came in early after taking the night train from Hanoi and stayed for one night. They charged us for just one night despite the early arrival, which was nice. The room was clean and pleasant, and we also used the laundry service and rented a motorbike right at the hotel. Cheap and a great fit for backpackers. Wonderful!

We also rented a motorcycle right at the desk, which was convenient. The hotel is well located and, most importantly, very clean. The customer service was excellent, and it was good value for money.

I paid in advance for a room through Agoda, but when I got there, they told me the hotel was full. From what I can see, other people have had the same bad experience. I can't rely on this hotel.
