Lam Garden Boutique Homestay

We only stayed one night and would love to return. My and Lam were attentive and always ready to help, with great suggestions for sightseeing and places to try authentic Vietnamese food. They also rent motorbikes, and Lam took us on a very thorough day tour of Hue's best-known spots. The building and rooms felt modern, newly renovated, clean and well looked after. The bathroom was roomy and had plenty of hot water. Breakfast was homemade, tasty and generous, with local dishes. Great service all around, highly recommended.

We were a family of six, and the hosts made us feel like family as soon as we arrived. They also took care of arranging our trips and pointed us toward good local places to eat, which saved us a lot of time and helped us find spots we wouldn't have discovered ourselves. The place was spotless, with strong showers and modern AC that kept it cool in the heat. Beds were large and comfortable, the linen was pristine, and blackout curtains helped us sleep like logs. WiFi was perfect too. Each morning's breakfast was delicious, beautifully presented and made with fresh local ingredients. It was such a personal, welcoming stay, and we can't wait to come back. The young couple running Lam's Garden Boutique were the friendliest and most helpful hosts we met in all seven cities of our Vietnam trip. They're hardworking, kind and enthusiastic, and helped us figure out what to eat, see and do around Hue. They made it feel like we were in our own home. We had a wonderful time and would confidently recommend booking here if you're visiting Hue.
